Mango Salsa
Happy New Year everyone!Starting 2025 with yummy recipes. This month, I’m showcasing mangoes in 2 different ways. First, I’m sharing my dad’s mango salsa that is refreshing and has this nice spicy kick from the chilli. It’s great as a starter but I think I could finish the entire bowl by myself!

My dad is on kitchen duty once a year: on the 2nd January when we host our family dinner. Enjoy!
Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 big tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green chilli optional
- Handful coriander
- 1/2 lemon
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop all veggies and fruits (except the lemon). Toss in a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add.
- Season with salt
- Store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
