Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small green chilli optional
  • Handful coriander
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop all veggies and fruits (except the lemon). Toss in a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add.
  • Season with salt
  • Store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
