Super Green Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are my go to for breakfast. They’re easy to make and super healthy. Furthermore, they’re very filling, colorful and satisfying. There’s all types of smoothie bowls which are very tasty as long as you use the right combination of ingredients.
Smoothie Bowls taste just like an indulgent dessert that you’re having for breakfast (or even as a snack) except that they’re also very nutritious.
Today I’m sharing my easy Super Green Smoothie Bowl which is full of goodness. On busy weekdays I don’t have the time to make a pretty bowl. So I will just toss what I need in a blender and top up with what I want. I don’t add any sugar or honey to mine because I find that bananas will sweeten this enough.
However, when I have time, I try to make a nice looking bowl. It’s true that we eat with our eyes, right?

Ingredients:
For the Smoothie base:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup spinach leaves
- 4 tablespoons oats
- Almond flakes
- 1 small pot of yogurt (unsweetened)
- Sugar or honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings I used
Chia seeds, Almond flakes, granola, banana slices
Other Toppings you can use: any fruits, dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate, etc.
Preparation
1. Blend your ingredients for the Smoothie base and transfer to a bowl.
2. Decorate with your favourite Toppings
