Coconut Macaroons
Having a sweet craving? We got you covered with these easy Coconut Macaroons. Just a few ingredients and you’re in for a quick treat which works well for tea time. We’re not adding any sugar because condensed milk is quite sweet.

Ingredients:
- 400 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can condensed milk

Preparation:
- Preheat your oven
- Line a sheet of grease-proof paper on a baking tray.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Form small balls with the mixture and place on the grease-proof
- Bake at 160C for 15 to 20 minutes, until the macaroons turn a golden brown colour.
