Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBSP Black Tea Mauritian black tea is the best to use
  • 1/2 TSP Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Small Cinnamon Stick
  • 5 Cardamon Pods
  • 1 Piece Ginger Just enough to get one tablespoon when grated
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Put water to boil, add tea and other ingredients, except the milk. Cover with the lid.
  • Bring to a boil (3 minutes on a high flame), add the milk. Boil for another minute.
  • Cover with the lid, leave it to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Use a strainer when serving.
