Ingredients

Quick Cooking Oats

Almonds
(chopped)

Shredded Coconut

dried prunes
(unpitted)

Raisins
1/4
Cup
Honey
(you can substitute with maple syrup)
Instructions
Soak the dry prunes for 30 minutes. Next, transfer in your blender and blend till it forms a puree.
Soak the raisins and cranberries for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
On a very low flame, roast the oats for 10 minutes while continuing to stir. Add the shredded coconut and almonds. Mix and remove from the heat.
Mix in the Prune puree, the cranberries and raisins and the honey.
Place a baking sheet in a rectangular tray. Pour the mixture in the tray and flatten it out.
Cut into rectangular or square shapes and let set.
